Easy to find, good signage from the road. Staff were welcoming and really friendly. Room was spotless, bathroom was a little dated but still very clean. The real show stopper was the breakfast and lounge area. Gorgeous seating area and so much choice for breakfast. This hotel is fab for young ones as well as they even had a little play area close to the breakfast, a pancake machine and even a Lego box which my son loved. We only stayed for one night after a very late flight, but would definitely stay again.

All the Staff were amazing and very helpful.We loved the Hotel but sadly I got to sleep on the sofa bed as my 7 yrs old son found it too uncomfortable.Now I have an acheing back. We Loved the privacy of the pool and hoe couteous other guests were.Loved the Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna. We had Dinner and Breakfast.Both were amazing too. Would definitely go back if it wasn't so far from where we live in Leicester. Overall a Fantastic Hotel and 1st time Experience in a Hilton Hotel.

Stayed in a ground floor family room with two teens who are both wheelchair users. Room was huge, beds were comfy & there were extra pillows. Breakfast choice was excellent and good quality. Pancake machine wasn’t working so chef made fresh ones for us instead. All the staff were lovely & we left feeling well looked after. We didn’t have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked very good and we will definitely return.

The staff were super friendly and loved our 2 spaniels we had with us. They made them as welcome as they did us. Super room, clean and comfy. Restaurant was excellent, great food and more friendly staff. Even set aside a dog friendly area for breakfast and evenings. Very quiet too, despite being a stones throw from East Midlands Airport. Will definitely be using them again when next visiting the in-laws.

Room was lovely and clean and super comfy bed and bedding. Nice to have a bath and shower and big bath sheets rather than the tiny towels some hotels offer. Plenty of room and all the facilities we needed. Pool looked lovely although sadly we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was good, had lots of choices and plenty of it. Staff were all really friendly and helpful at all times too.
